Because many of our products are handmade, processing times may vary. Our materials need time for crafting, drying, sealing, and curing. Some of these processes take time and need patience.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight/size.

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International: 7–21 business days after dispatch (may vary by destination).

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Larger or fragile items may require extra protective materials and special handling.
Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Certain fragile or oversized items may only be available for domestic shipping. This will be noted on the product page.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply once your package reaches its destination.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost/stolen packages.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
