1. How heavy are your mirrors and hanging objects?
Our mirrors and concrete objects are substantial pieces made from reinforced architectural concrete. Most mirrors weigh between 5-30 lbs, depending on size and form. Exact weight is listed on each product page. We include installation instructions and hardware recommendations for safe mounting on this site.
2. How do I install a concrete mirror safely?
We recommend installing mirrors into wall studs or with heavy-duty anchors rated for at least 1.5× the mirror’s weight. Many pieces use a French cleat system. If you’re unsure, we suggest hiring a professional installer.

3. Do you offer custom sizes or colors?
Yes, we accept a limited number of custom commissions each year. Custom work includes special sizing, colors, finishes, and installation hardware. Custom pieces require longer lead times and additional cost.
Contact us through the Trade / Custom Request form.
4. Are your pieces handmade?
Every piece is cast, sanded, sealed, and finished by hand in our studio. Small variations, pinholes, and texture are part of the material and make each object unique.
5. How do you ship fragile concrete items?
We use custom boxes, foam/paper protection, and reinforced packaging designed specifically for heavy concrete objects. Large mirrors are packed with rigid edge protection and suspension cushioning.
If damage occurs, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
6. How long does production take?
Most pieces ship within 2–4 weeks, depending on studio schedule. Custom work may take 4–8 weeks. Each piece is cast, cured, sanded, and sealed individually.
Good concrete takes time.
7. Can I return or exchange an item?
Because pieces are handmade and fragile, we accept returns only for damage or defects. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Custom pieces are non-returnable.
8. How do I care for concrete?
Concrete is sealed but still natural stone. Avoid harsh chemicals. Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap. Do not soak. Avoid dropping or dragging objects across the surface.
9. Do you sell to designers, galleries, or stores?
Yes. We work with interior designers, showrooms, and galleries.
Trade pricing and custom production are available through our Trade Request form.
10. Where are your pieces made?
