Processing Time

Most pieces ship within 2–3 weeks.

Made-to-order or custom work may take 3–6 weeks, depending on size and complexity.

We ship from our studio in the Pacific Northwest.

Orders are packed with reinforced boxes / foam / protective wrap / recycled paper designed for heavy concrete objects and mirrors.

Tracking information is sent when your order ships.

For large mirrors or furniture-scale pieces, signature delivery may be required.

If your order arrives damaged:

We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.

Because most pieces are made to order, we accept returns only in limited cases.

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Custom pieces, trade orders, and discounted items are final sale unless circumstances are unique.

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.

Otherwise, we have likely begun the process or creating your order, and it's too late to stop the momentum.

Large mirrors and heavy objects must be installed properly.

We provide installation guidance, but we are not responsible for damage caused by improper mounting.

When in doubt, hire a professional installer.

Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.
